I am currently seeking the founding faculty of Entrepreneurship Preparatory School.  I want educators who believe all kids can achieve regardless of their socio-economic status or any other excuse we commonly hear in response to the academic performance of urban students.  Teachers at E Prep will prepare our students for college and beyond.  Teachers must be willing to do whatever it takes to achieve success in the classroom.  The culture of the school will not be dictated by one or two teachers; it must come from the entire staff.
